This 220 m2 spacious apartment is on two levels:

Lower level,

Features a very spacious and bright Family bedroom with beautiful high ceiling with elegant, indirect lightings, fitted wardrobe and direct access to the terrace. The bedroom has a comfortable king size double bed and 2 extra beds and an “en suite” bathroom with bathtub. This level also features a spacious and bright living/dining room with stunning views over the ocean and the bay,  a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances , a guest toilet, entry hall with elegant stairs to the second floor, and best of all, several terraces around with different orientation and all of them with amazing views. From the living room there are also angled stairs up to the large roof terrace.

The living/dining room is equipped with comfortable sofa and armchairs, 75″ smart tv, dining table , design chairs and an office desk.

Upper level

On the second floor there is a luxury master bedroom with high ceiling, indirect lightings, comfortable double bed and “en suite” bathroom with bathtub, and a second bedroom, with a double bed and a fold-out bed, en suite bathroom  with shower, fitted wardrobe, and direct access to the large roof terrace.

The urbanization offers a large community pool, garden with green lawns and tropical trees and flowers, and a tennis court, which is about 300 meter from the apartment.

La cala de Mijas
La Cala de Mijas is one of the original fishing villages situated on the Costa del Sol, in the province of Malaga. A charming village with a restored Moorish tower, a friendly village atmosphere and lots of appeal.

Located between the towns of Fuengirola and Marbella, close to popular urbanization of Calahonda, La Cala de Mijas is a very popular town with many good restaurants, shops, chemist and beach-front bars. Malaga International Airport is just 20 minutes drive away.

The town offers a nice easy paced life, not taken over completely by tourism, but with good facilities, a lovely golden sand beach and close to larger towns offering even more action.
